About Sema Basol:
She has a B.A. degree from Bogazici University in Turkey and an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School. She started the Turkish Women's Initiative, and created a similar program in Turkey. Her work started to support girls and young women in developing their careers and leadership skills, as she enjoys mentoring young girls and women.
