The Millennia2025 Women and Innovation Foundation is a non-governmental organization in special consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) since 2019.

Millennia2025 uses a transformative vision, noting "digintelles" as the label defining their mission. This term harmonizes digital skills ("dig"), collective intelligence ("int"), and women's empowerment ("elles"). The initiative for Digintelles 2.0 relates to the unprecedented challenges posed by the coronavirus and lockdowns.

Recognized on international platforms, “digintelles” is in official UN documents and receives endorsement from UN Women France. Addressing inequalities, many particularly affecting the youth, and escalating violence against women during confinements, Millennia2025 seeks global contributions for Digintelles 2.0. People can respond to “7+1 questions” online.

The information gathered from inputs play a pivotal role in shaping the report by the Millennia2025 Women and Innovation Foundation. Directed towards decision-makers, this report aims to maintain and develop freedoms, health, education, equality, and women's economic leadership in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

The journey from Millennia2015 to Millennia2025 fortifies a foresight research methodology developed in 2007. This method takes place in international conferences and collaboration. Rooted in foresight and the information society, the process targets knowledge, learning, and transmission, aspiring to establish a permanent monitoring system and an interactive knowledge base.

The success of Millennia2015 gave birth to the Millennia2025 Women and Innovation Foundation in 2012, translating the action plan for women's empowerment into tangible actions. The knowledge base now resides on the strategic portal, emphasizing a commitment to a future where women globally are empowered, equal, and leaders in society. Millennia2025 stands to help others, guiding the trajectory towards a world where empowered women shape a sustainable future.
